Flags at half-mast to honour Queen Elizabeth's passing

Flags outside District Hall and other municipal facilities are lowered to half-mast as a sign of respect and mourning for Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.  The flags will remain lowered until sunset on the day of her memorial service. 

DNV testing innovative drone survey technology

We are surveying a section of Mountain Highway using a drone equipped with LiDAR imaging – a form of 3D laser scanning – to map the land and objects below. Learn more about how we are testing this new technology.  

2022 General Local Election: Voting by mail

Quarry Rock trail remains closed

The Baden Powell Trail between Deep Cove and Quarry Rock will remain closed for the time being because of  necessary bridge and stair structure repairs. See a map of damage along the trail.

On June 21, we honour the rich history and culture of our neighbours, the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish) and səl̓ilwətaʔɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations.
