Your 2017 property assessment notice

BC Assessment, the provincial Crown corporation that classifies and values properties in BC, has recently mailed out their 2017 assessment notices. These assessments reflect the value of all homes in the District as of July 1, 2016. Please take a few minutes to tell us about your experiences using our current online tools, and how we could improve or add to those tools to make it easier to interact and do business with us. We'll consider what we learn as we plan future improvements and additions to DNV.org and develop additional digital tools and services.

Update on the new Keith Road Bridge

With the record breaking number of wet days in October and November, we have been unable to complete final paving across the bridge, and have postponed final completion until warm and dry weather returns in the spring. Contractors have been preparing the site for temporary line painting and will be opening additional lanes on the bridge as soon as appropriate weather and road conditions allow. In the meantime, restoration work in Bridgman Park is ongoing and set for completion by December 31, 2016.
