The application as submitted proposes a six storey, mixed-use building with:

  • 63 condominium units (15 one-bedroom, 32 two-bedroom, 6 three-bedroom)
  • 5,663 square feet of retail at ground level
  • 88 parking spaces (70 for residents, 6 for visitors, and 12 for retail)

April 10, 2017 — Development permit issues

January 30, 2017 — Third Reading

October 4, 2016 — Public hearing

The application was presented to Council at a public hearing. Council referred the zoning bylaw to Third Reading, and the housing agreement bylaw to Second and Third reading.

The Official Community Plan (OCP) designates this site as Commercial Residential Mixed Use Level 3. 

Additional requirements

If the project proceeds, it will require rezoning. It will also require a development permit for:

  • Form and character of commercial, industrial, and multi-family development
  • Energy and water conservation and greenhouse gas emission reductions
  • Creek hazard 

The project is consistent with the Official Community Plan (OCP), Lynn Creek Town Centre Design Guidelines, and the Zoning Bylaw.
