Staburn 1080 Marine Limited Partnership has applied to redevelop this site. The application as submitted proposes 35 owned apartments and 640 sq m (6,896 sq ft) of commercial space in a four-story building with 76 parking spaces (62 for residents, 14 for retail customers).

1235 Marine Drive

Natcon Construction Services has applied to has applied to redevelop this site. The application as submitted proposes 39 owned apartments and seven commercial retail units in a four-storey building with 65 parking spaces.

1634 and 1748 Capilano Road (CHARD Redevelopment)

Chard Development Ltd. has applied to redevelop this site. The application as submitted proposes to extend Curling Road eastward to McGuire Avenue, dividing the proposed development with a new road. The proposed development include:

Rodcon Holdings has applied to redevelop this build 11 three-storey townhouses, each with a surface level garage for two vehicles, all accessed by a shared driveway from Glenaire Drive.

1900, 1903, 1950 Sandown Place

Matthew Cheng Architect Inc has applied to build 23 stacked townhomes (including three lock-off suites) in two three-storey buildings, plus parking for 42 vehicles in a single-level underground parkade.

1915, 1927, 1939, 1951, 1963, 1979 & 1987 Glenaire Drive / 1974, 1982 & 1990 Belle Isle Place

Integra Architecture has applied to develop 112 owned stacked townhomes (including six lock-off suites) in ten three-storey buildings with a total of 179 parking spaces and 217 bicycle parking spaces.

1920 and 1932 Glenaire Drive

PC Urban has applied to redevelop this property. The application as submitted proposes 15 owned townhomes in two three-storey buildings with 28 parking spaces in an underground parkade.

2050-2070 Marine Drive (Travelodge site)

IBI Group has applied to develop 77 market rental apartments and 158 owned apartments in a 27-storey tower with adjacent townhouses, 54 owned apartments in a nine-storey building with adjacent townhouses, and 41 non-market rental apartments in a four-storey building.

West 16th Street supportive housing

We are working with our partners, BC Housing and RainCity Housing, to develop this site. The application as submitted proposes a five-storey building with 60 supportive housing apartments for women and women-led households experiencing homelessness, or who are at risk of homelessness.
