Anthem Properties Group has applied to develop the second phase of this property, which includes 31 three-storey owned townhomes in six buildings, with parking for 62 vehicles in individual garages, plus three surface parking spots for visitors.

East Keith Road supportive housing

We are working with our partners, BC Housing, Lu’ma Native Housing Society, and Vancouver Coastal Health, to develop a six-storey building with 60 supportive homes.

We're proposing an OCP amendment and a rezone to this District-owned site located at the southwest corner of Old Lillooet Road and Lillooet Road to support affordable housing.

Riverside Drive social housing site

This District-owned site near Old Dollarton Road and Riverside Drive was rezoned by the District to support social housing.

West 16th Street supportive housing

We are working with our partners, BC Housing and RainCity Housing, to develop this site. The application as submitted proposes a five-storey building with 60 supportive housing apartments for women and women-led households experiencing homelessness, or who are at risk of homelessness.
