3075 Fromme Road (Gillett Residence)

Rendering of a proposed development at 3075 Fromme RoadAnkenman Marchand Architects has submitted a detailed application to rezone this site in order to redevelop the property.

The application as submitted proposes retaining and rehabilitating the existing Gillette Residence, and adding two single-family homes and three coach houses, for a total of six residences.

The land is currently designated RES2: Detached Residential in the Official Community Plan (OCP).

The proposed floor space ratio (FSR) is 0.65
