September 28, 2018 — Preliminary application received
Staff have received the preliminary application, and are currently reviewing it.

The site is located between Vancouver Wharves Terminal and Fibreco, just south of the new Lions Gate Wastewater Treatment Plant. It has waterfront access to Burrard Inlet, and currently contains multiple industrial, light industrial, and storage uses serviced by a private road.
Current land use designation
The Official Community Plan (OCP) designates this site as Industrial (IND).
