QuadReal Property Group has applied to develop 354 owned apartments, 118 market rental apartments, and 95 non-market rental apartments, in four six-storey buildings, along with 8,667 sq ft of commercial space along Seymour River Place

2160-2168 Old Dollarton Road

Noort Developments Limited has applied to redevelop this site. The application as submitted proposes 25 owned apartments and three non-market rental townhomes in a four-storey building with 37 parking spaces.

220 Mountain Highway & 1515-1555 Oxford Street

TPL Developments Oxford General Partnership has applied to redevelop this property. The application as submitted proposes 134 market rental and 6 non-market rental apartments in a six-storey residential building with 101 parking spaces.
