The application as submitted proposes 36 owned apartments plus 385 sq m (4,148 sq ft) of commercial space in a five-storey building with 60 parking spaces (41 for residents, 9 for visitors, 10 for retail customers).
Come to an early public input meeting, where you'll have an opportunity to ask questions about the proposal and share your thoughts.
