'Free the Tree' Ivy Pull in Wickenden Park

Located on the east side of Deep Cove, Wickenden Park is a forested gem, boasting large cedar trees and a rich understory.

We will be removing ivy near the Lockehaven Rd entrance to the park to ensure ivy does not take over the forest floor in this natural parkland space.

  • suitable clothing for the weather
  • sturdy footwear
  • gloves
  • a positive attitude!

Where we'll meet

Meet us at the trail entrance located on Lockehaven Rd, north of Raeburn St. Parking is limited so carpooling is encouraged!
