Harbourview Park native species planting

After great progress in the fight against invasive plants, we are re-establishing native species along Harbourview Park’s eastside fence. This creates new opportunities for planting and pulling invasives.

Come out and plant bigger trees like pines,and arbutus, in participation with Bodwell High School and Port Vancouver.

What you should bring

  • water
  • suitable clothing for the weather
  • sturdy footwear
  • gloves
  • a positive attitude!

Meet us at the park entrance on Harbour Avenue.
