Public hearing: 267 & 271 Orwell St
Terra Housing — on behalf of Sanford Affordable Housing Society in partnership with Hollyburn Family Services Society — has applied to develop a six-story building with 90 units of below-market housing and 68 parking spaces on this District owned land, which will be leased to the housing operator.
The application will be presented at a public hearing. A public hearing is your opportunity to speak to Council if you feel your interest in property will be affected by a proposed bylaw.
Due to the current situation with COVID-19, the hearing will be streamed online.

How to provide your input
To arrange to provide input at the virtual hearing, please email the Municipal Clerk before noon on Tuesday, November 10.
During the hearing, once we've heard from everyone on the speakers' list, we will provide an opportunity for additional speakers to provide input by phone. Instructions for how to do so will be given during the hearing.
You can also submit your input in writing up to the end of the public hearing. Email it to input@dnv.org or send it by mail to the Municipal Clerk's office.
