A public hearing is an opportunity for you to speak to Council if you feel your interest in property will be affected by a proposed bylaw. 

The proposed bylaws being presented at this meeting are:

  • Temporary use permit areas (bylaw 8217) — Designates the entire area of the District as an area where temporary use permits may be allowed (with some exceptions)
  • 1946-1998 Glenaire Drive (bylaw 8210 and 8220) — Proposed amendment to the OCP and zoning bylaw to permit a 23-unit townhouse development
