Public information meeting for 267 & 271 Orwell St (online)

Terra Housing — on behalf of Sanford Affordable Housing Society in partnership with Hollyburn Family Services Society — has applied to develop a six-story building with 90 units of below-market housing and 68 parking spaces on this District owned land, which will be leased to the housing operator. Project development funding will be provided by BC Housing.

Between August 24 and September 21, the applicant is hosting a virtual public information meeting, where you can get more details of the application, ask questions, and share your thoughts. Here is the itinerary:

• August 24 to September 4 — Ask the applicant and DNV planners your questions (responses will be available within two business days)
• September 5 to September 21 — Tell the applicant what you think of the proposal
