Northbound Mountain Highway detours

Beginning the week of April 1, 2019 and lasting for about two months, a portion of northbound Mountain Highway will be closed for installation of a sanitary sewer line starting at Arborlynn Dr and extending approximately 200m up the hill.

During this work, a northbound detour will be in place 24/7 (southbound Mountain Highway will remain open).

Detour for general traffic

General traffic heading north on Mountain Highway will be routed up Arborlynn Drive to 20th Street (blue line on the map).

Detour for local residents

If you live in the area, you will be detoured along Arborlynn Drive to Appin Rd, then along 14th St East to Mountain Highway (green line on the map).

If you live on either side of Mountain Highway, you will have full access to your driveway, but will be required to use the detour to get in and out.
