Lynn Creek

Map illustration of the Lynn Creek neighbourhood

Perched near the Second Narrows Ironworkers’ Memorial Bridge gateway, and home to Seylynn, Bridgman, and InterRiver Parks, Lynn Creek is on its way to being reborn as a vibrant area in which to live, work, and play.

Bounded on the North by Lynn Valley, on the south by our vibrant waterfront industries, on the west by the City of North Vancouver, and on the east by the TransCanada Highway and the Seymour neighbourhoods, Lynn Creek is fast becoming one of the District’s new town centres. Bisected by beautiful Lynn Creek and stunning nature trails, this community has a unique combination of proximity to natural amenities and an eclectic light industrial/commercial area, and is home to world-renowned Capilano University.

The new homes being constructed in the core are all within walking distance of frequent transit service at the Phibbs Exchange, connecting to Vancouver, Burnaby’s Metrotown and stops across the North Shore.
