Redic Developments has reapplied to develop this site, as the development permit they received in 2018 expired in 2020, before the start of construction. The revised application proposes the same 26 owned townhomes in a five-storey building with 46 parking spaces (with some minor design changes).

405-485 Marie Place

Engage Architecture has applied to redevelop this site and a portion of the District road allowance, subject to Road Closure Bylaw processes. The application as submitted proposes 140 owned apartments in two six-storey buildings with 161 parking spaces (147 resident and 14 visitor).

520-540 Mountain Highway, 1505-1571 Fern Street, and 1514-1574 Hunter Street

Richard White Advisory Planning Services has submitted a preliminary application on behalf of the property owner for this property. The application as submitted proposes a mixed-use development with 333 owner (strata) units, 271 market rental units, 72 non-market rental units, nine live/work units, approximately 608 sq m (6,545 sq ft) of commercial space fronting Mountain Highway, and a 616 sq m (6,631 sq ft) childcare facility.

873 Premier Street

Brody Properties has applied to develop six three-storey townhomes with parking for 12 vehicles.

East Keith Road supportive housing

We are working with our partners, BC Housing, Lu’ma Native Housing Society, and Vancouver Coastal Health, to develop a six-storey building with 60 supportive homes.

Lillooet Road housing site (rezoning)

We're proposing an OCP amendment and a rezone to this District-owned site located at the southwest corner of Old Lillooet Road and Lillooet Road to support affordable housing.
