Noort Developments Limited has applied to redevelop this site. The application as submitted proposes 25 owned apartments and three non-market rental townhomes in a four-storey building with 37 parking spaces.

Council voted to approve the rezoning and development application for this project on September 24, 2018. The project includes commercial/retail use on the ground level, and two separate six-storey residential buildings above.

328 & 332 Seymour River Place

Integra Architecture Inc. has applied to develop a six-storey building with 51 market rental apartments and 4 non-market rental apartments, and parking in an underground parkade and at ground level for 47 vehicles and 67 bicycles.

526-550 Riverside Drive & 2194 Windridge Drive

Headwater Living Inc has applied to develop 40 owned townhomes (14 below market) in four three or three-and-a-half storey buildings with 54 underground parking spaces.

Maplewood Fire and Rescue Centre

We are planning a new fire and rescue centre in Maplewood to replace both Firehall #2 in Lynn Creek and the Fire Training Centre on St. Denis Avenue, as well as house management and administrative staff currently located at Firehall #1 in Lynn Valley.
