Noort Developments Limited has applied to redevelop this site. The application as submitted proposes 25 owned apartments and three owned townhomes in a four-storey building with 37 parking spaces.

229 Seymour River Place (Maplewood Plaza)

Council voted to approve the rezoning and development application for this project on September 24, 2018. The project includes commercial/retail use on the ground level, and two separate six-storey residential buildings above.

2420-2468 Dollarton Highway

The applicants, Tsleil-Waututh Nation and Darwin Properties, withdrew this application on December 13, 2019. The application as submitted proposed a range of light industrial, commercial, and residential uses, institutional school uses, childcare facilities, and a range of supportive uses.

526-550 Riverside Drive & 2194 Windridge Drive

Headwater Living Inc has applied to develop 40 owned townhomes (14 below market) in four three or three-and-a-half storey buildings with 54 underground parking spaces.

Maplewood Fire and Rescue Centre

We are planning a new fire and rescue centre in Maplewood to replace both Firehall #2 in Lynn Creek and the Fire Training Centre on St. Denis Avenue, as well as house management and administrative staff currently located at Firehall #1 in Lynn Valley.
