Three Shores Development has applied to redevelop this property. The application as submitted proposes a three-storey mixed use building with 12 owned townhouses and 4 owned apartments, 275 sq m (2,965 sq ft) of commercial space, and parking for 57 vehicles in an underground parkade.

5077 Capilano Road (Capilano Pump Station)

WSP (North Vancouver) has applied on behalf of Metro Vancouver to add a backup generator, fuel vault, and gatehouse to the Capilano Pump Station.

526-550 Riverside Drive & 2194 Windridge Drive

Headwater Living Inc has applied to develop 40 owned townhomes (14 below market) in four three or three-and-a-half storey buildings with 54 underground parking spaces.

600 West Queens Road (development permit)

Terra Special Projects Ltd. has applied to develop this property. The application as submitted proposes 86 below-market rental apartments in a four-storey building with 74 parking spaces, to be operated by Hollyburn Family Services.

600 West Queens Road (rezoning)

The District of North Vancouver has initiated an OCP amendment and rezoning on this property.

904-944 Lytton Street (Seymour Estates)

​Anthem Properties Group has applied to redevelop this property. The application as submitted proposes approximately 341 homes divided into four sites, to be developed in phases.

905-959 Premier Street

Integra Architecture has submitted a detailed application to rezone this site in order to redevelop the property. The application as submitted proposes 17 three-storey townhomes with 35 parking spaces.

Maplewood Fire and Rescue Centre

We are planning to build a new fire and rescue centre in Maplewood to replace both Firehall #2 in Lynn Creek and the Fire Training Centre on St. Denis Avenue, as well as house management and administrative staff currently located at Firehall #1 in Lynn Valley.

West 16th Street supportive housing

We are working with our partners, BC Housing and RainCity Housing, to develop this site. The application as submitted proposes a five-storey building with 60 supportive housing apartments for women and women-led households experiencing homelessness, or who are at risk of homelessness.
