Catalyst Community Development Society has applied to develop a five-storey mixed use building containing 80 non-market rental apartments and an 18 bed seniors' respite care facility

Integra Architecture has submitted a detailed application to rezone this site in order to redevelop the property. The application as submitted proposes 17 three-storey townhomes with 35 parking spaces.

A development permit has been issued for Phase 2 of the Seylynn Village project.

North Shore Wastewater Treatment Plant (Pemberton Ave and West 1st Street)

Metro Vancouver, in partnership with ACCIONA, is building a new wastewater treatment plant at the foot of Pemberton Avenue, on the old BC Rail site.
