Intergulf East has applied to redevelop this property. The application as submitted proposes 198 owned (condominium) units, 26 below-market rental units, and approximately 373 m2 (4,000 sq. ft.) of commercial space in one 25-storey mixed-use building, and one five-storey affordable rental building.

5020 Capilano Road / 1180 Clements Avenue

Three Shores Development has applied to redevelop this property. The application as submitted proposes a three-storey mixed use building with 16 condominium apartments, 275 sq m (2,965 sq ft) of commercial space, and parking for 57 vehicles in an underground parkade.

600 Mountain Highway (Phase 3 Seylynn Village: "Apex")

Catalyst Community Development Society has applied to develop a five-storey mixed use building containing 80 non-market rental apartments and an 18 bed seniors' respite care facility

756 and 778 Forsman Avenue

Pacific West Architecture has submitted a detailed application to redevelop this property. The application as submitted proposes eight townhomes in three buildings, along with 18 parking spaces (16 for residents and two for visitors), and a children's play area.

854-858 Orwell Street / 855 Premier Street

Council approved the development permit for this project on November 20, 2017. The application includes 23 strata units in a townhouse development.

904-944 Lytton Street (Seymour Estates)
