The site currently includes the Raven Pub, Central Motors, Deep Cove Music, Sunshine Cove Preschool, and other businesses. There are single-family homes to the north and east.
Current land use designation
The Official Community Plan (OCP) designates this site as Commercial Residential Mixed Use 1 (CRMU1).
If the project proceeds, it will require rezoning. It will also require a development permit for:
