Vincent Donegan & Associates Ltd has applied to add a new warehouse to the two existing light industrial buildings on this site.
The new one-story warehouse is proposed to be 600 sq m (6,458 sq ft), and have surface parking for 27 vehicles.

Staff completed their review of the preliminary application. If the applicant wishes to proceed with this project, the next step is to submit a detailed application.
November 20, 2018 — Preliminary application received
Staff have received the preliminary application, and are currently reviewing it.

The property is currently occupied by two light industrial buildings. These two buildings are to remain, with a proposed expansion to the rear warehouse.
Current land use designation
The OCP designates this site as LIC: Light Industrial Commercial, which is intended predominantly for a mix of industrial, warehouse, office, service, utility, and business park type uses.
If the project proceeds, it will require a development permit for:
- Form and character of commercial, industrial, and multi-family development
- Energy and water conservation and greenhouse gas emission reductions
- Creek hazard
- Streamside protection
