The application as submitted proposes:
- 25 three-storey townhomes in five buildings framing a central courtyard
- 52 parking spaces in an underground parkade (46 for residents and 6 for visitors)
There is no commercial space proposed.

Additional proposal details, including site plan and overview
The site is located along Ridgewood Drive, extending east of Ayr Ave, and currently consists of four single-family homes. It is opposite the new mixed-use development being built on the site bounded by Ridgewood Dr, Edgemont Blvd, and Ayr Ave.
Current land use designation
The land is currently designated RES2: Detached Residential in the Official Community Plan (OCP).
If the application proceeds, it will require:
- An OCP amendment
It will also require a development permit for:
- Form and character of commercial, industrial, and multi-family development
- Energy and water conservation and greenhouse gas emission reductions
The proposed floor space ratio is 1.20
