3075 Fromme Road (Gillett Residence)
Ankenman Marchand Architects has submitted a detailed application to rezone this site in order to redevelop the property.
The application as submitted proposes retaining and rehabilitating the existing Gillette Residence, and adding two single-family homes and three coach houses, for a total of six residences.
