The three properties that make up this site are currently occupied by Maplewood Garden Apartments. The surrounding area is mostly residential, with the exception of Kenneth Gordon Maplewood School to the north.
OCP land use designation
The Official Community Plan designates this site mostly as Residential Level 6 (RES6), with Commercial Residential Mixed Use (CRMU2) along Old Dollarton Rd.
