Arts, culture, and recreation programming
North Vancouver is one of Canada's most active, healthy, and creative communities, and our residents value a healthy lifestyle.
The North Vancouver Recreation & Culture Commission (NVRC) is a bi-municipal organization that delivers arts, culture, and recreation programs and services on behalf of the District and City of North Vancouver.
