1. Look up government requirements

2. Find a location
Search available North Vancouver industrial and commercial space for rent or lease.
3. Check zoning and required permits
When you find a potential location (or locations) for your business, but before you take possession of the space, contact us to make sure that the type of business you are proposing would be allowed under our Zoning Bylaw.
