Public hearing: 1310 Monashee Drive
Darwin Properties has applied to develop two six-storey buildings with 315 rental units targeted at students and employees of Capilano University plus approximately 796 sq m (8,570 sq ft) of commercial space, amenity spaces, and 210 car and 578 bicycle parking spaces in a one-level underground parking garage.
The application will be presented at a public hearing. A public hearing is your opportunity to speak to Council if you feel your interest in property will be affected by a proposed development.
How to provide your input
To arrange to provide input at the virtual hearing, please email the Municipal Clerk before noon on Tuesday, January 31.
During the hearing, we will provide an opportunity for additional speakers to provide input by phone once we've heard from everyone on the speakers' list. Instructions for how to do so will be given during the hearing.
You can also submit your input in writing up to the end of the public hearing. Email it to input@dnv.org or send it by mail to the Municipal Clerk's office.
