The application as submitted proposes 334 owned apartments, 124 market rental apartments, 22 live/work units, and 58 below-market rental apartments in one 12-storey and four six-storey buildings. There is an additional 23,500 sq ft of industrial space proposed, and parking for 439 vehicles in an underground parkade.
Come to a public information meeting being hosted by the developer — a requirement of the permit application process — to learn more about the proposal and share your views.
