Metro Vancouver announces new affordable housing project on DNV-owned land

Metro Vancouver Housing has announced plans to develop a new family-oriented, non-market rental housing project for families, seniors, and people with disabilities on land owned by the District of North Vancouver.
The site is located at Riverside Drive along Old Dollarton Road, near the Maplewood Village Centre.
“The development of affordable housing for families, seniors, and vulnerable members of our community continues to be a top priority,” said District Mayor Mike Little. “This project, in collaboration with Metro Vancouver, will be a key step in our ongoing efforts to meet the housing needs of our region.”
