Lease a community facility

Several District-owned buildings have space available for rent to community groups. Arrangements should be made through the various principal user groups who are responsible for scheduling and setting the rate based on their operating costs.

If you are a non-profit organization looking for a building to lease in order to run your program, please review our community facility lease policy and register your interest by submitting a letter outlining your organization, its services, etc, and whether your requirements are for dedicated space, shared space, administration, or programs.
