Lynn Valley Village

Lynn Valley Village, situated in the heart of Lynn Valley at the intersection of Lynn Valley Road and Mountain Highway, comprises the District's new Main Library, outdoor plaza, community room, and approximately 42,000 square feet of retail and office space.

Anchored by the beautiful new LEED Silver certified public library, the Village has a diverse selection of shops and services, many of which focus on environmentally conscious products and green alternatives, in keeping with the lifestyle and landscape of the Lynn Valley community.

Concessions

A number of seasonal businesses lease space in District Parks that are administered by the Real Estate and Properties Department. When renewal options are exhausted, a Request for Proposals process will take place to solicit a new concessionaire.

2nd Street & Pemberton Avenue  – Daytime parking available for passenger vehicles at $60.00 per month plus GST.
