Our 2023 draft budget contains our proposed operating and capital budget, highlights of our work program and a proposed 4.5% tax increase for the year.
Your tax dollars primarily fund core services, such as public safety, transportation, parks and recreation, and infrastructure investments.
Help shape the budget by providing your input
We allocate funds to the highest service and infrastructure priorities, and your feedback plays a critical role. The draft was presented to Council on Monday, February 13, 2023, and is now open for your input.
We are accepting your comments until Monday, March 6, 2023, and any input we receive will be included in the Council deliberations open to the public.
The plan will be presented for adoption in April of 2023, following public input and Council deliberations.
