East Keith Road supportive housing

We are working with our partners, BC Housing, Lu’ma Native Housing Society, and Vancouver Coastal Health, to develop this site.

The application as submitted proposes a six-storey building with 60 studio homes, and five units with Complex Care Housing services for members of North Shore communities who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness. It includes on-site parking spaces for staff and visitors.

The site includes vacant District-owned lands on the north side of the 1200 Block of East Keith Road within the Lynn Creek Town Centre.

The OCP designates this site as Residential Level 5 (RES5): Low Density Apartment.

The floor space ratio (the building's total floor area in relation to the size of the lot) is approximately 1.75.
