Public Hearings: 1920 Glenaire Drive, 3155-75 Canfield Cres
Two separate development applications will be presented at a public hearing. A public hearing is your opportunity to speak to Council if you feel your interest in property will be affected by a proposed development.

Applications being heard
The hearings will occur consecutively, in this order:
- 1920 Glenaire Drive — PC Urban has applied to develop 15 owned townhomes in two three-storey buildings with 28 parking spaces in an underground parkade.
- 3155-75 Canfield Crescent — Canfield Crescent Development Inc has applied to develop eight owned townhomes in four two-storey buildings with rooftop decks, and underground parking for 16 vehicles.
How to provide your input
To arrange to provide input at the virtual hearing, please email the Municipal Clerk before noon on Tuesday, July 13, 2021.
During the hearing, we will provide an opportunity for additional speakers to provide input by phone once we've heard from everyone on the speakers' list. Instructions for how to do so will be given during the hearing.
You can also submit your input in writing up to the end of the public hearing. Email it to input@dnv.org or send it by mail to the Municipal Clerk's office.
