We are holding a public hearing for Bylaws 8397 and 8398, proposed amendments to the Official Community Plan and Zoning bylaw, to permit the creation of a new neighbourhood park and a four-story building with low to moderate income rental housing and a seniors' care facility on the Delbrook Lands.

You can speak in person by signing up at the hearing, or you can provide a written submission — by email or letter — to the Municipal Clerk before the conclusion of the hearing. 

Council may not receive further submissions from the public concerning this application after the conclusion of the public hearing.
