Lynn Canyon pay parking pilot project

At their December 14 workshop, Council discussed the Lynn Canyon pay parking pilot project.
This initiative aims to manage vehicle parking demand at Lynn Canyon Park, a popular destination that attracts more than one million visitors annually.
Council also discussed District resident parking exemptions and on-street regulatory controls under this program. We propose to run the pilot for two years, effective seasonally from March 1 to October 31.
The pilot parking project will return to regular Council in the new year to decide final details.
