Services impacted by snow

Snowfall is expected to resume this afternoon and continue through the evening before turning into rain early Friday.

Some services have been impacted by snow and ice.

District Hall closed to in-person service

District Hall is closed to in-person service today, but we are available to help you by phone or email.

Contact us during regular business hours:

All other services that we provide remotely will continue as usual.

Collection

Our collection crews are out this morning collecting garbage only, but some areas may be inaccessible due to the snow and ice.

If your garbage cart is not collected by the end of the business day, please take it in and put it out on your next scheduled collection day.

For recycling updates, please download the Recycle BC app or check its website.

Road conditions

Our crews continue to work tirelessly to clear our streets and remove snow and salt priority sidewalks, bike lanes, multi-use paths and other spots.

Please consider only essential travel at this time until conditions improve. If you are travelling, please give snowplows plenty of patience and distance on the road.
