Following guidance from the province's Restart BC Plan and new health and safety regulations from WorkSafeBC, we are taking all necessary steps to protect public health and maintain the safety of our employees.
Starting Tuesday, May 19, we're replacing a long segment of boardwalk along the Sea to Sky trail as part of our Parks Infrastructure Renewal Program. We anticipate this project will be completed by August 2020.

Mt Fromme parking lot, Lynn Canyon Park parking lots, and skateboard parks will be closed, effective Monday, March 23 at 7am. Quarry Rock and Lynn Canyon Suspension Bridge are closed to the public until further notice, effective March 22, 2020. Full list of closures at DNV.org/covid-19
We took this unprecedented step because visitors were not following provincial health officer orders to maintain a physcial distance of two metres. The closures will be enforced beginning March 22 at 7am.
To protect the health of residents and staff, the District of North Vancouver in partnership with the City of North Vancouver and North Vancouver Recreation and Culture Commission (NVRC) and at the recommendation of Vancouver Coastal Health, has announced that multiple District facilities will be closed until further notice.
