We are working with our partners, BC Housing, Lu’ma Native Housing Society, and Vancouver Coastal Health to develop the site in the 1200 block of East Keith Road for a six-storey building with 60 studio homes, and five units with Complex Care Housing services for members of North Shore communities who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness. It includes on-site parking spaces for staff and visitors.
