Public hearing for 220 Mountain Highway
TPL Developments Oxford General Partnership has applied to develop 134 market rental and six non-market rental apartments in a six-storey residential building on this site.
The application will be presented at a public hearing. A hearing is your opportunity to speak to Council if you feel your interest in property will be affected by a proposed bylaw.
Due to the current situation with COVID-19, the hearing will be streamed online.

How to provide your input
To arrange to provide input at the virtual hearing, please email the Municipal Clerk before noon on Tuesday, December 8.
During the hearing, we will provide an opportunity for additional speakers to provide input by phone, once we've heard from everyone on the speakers' list. Instructions for how to do so will be given during the hearing.
You can also submit your input in writing up to the end of the public hearing. Email it to input@dnv.org or send it by mail to the Municipal Clerk's office.
