Public Hearing for Secondary Suites and Coach Houses
We'll be holding a public hearing for Bylaws 8525, 8615, and 8635, proposed amendments to the District’s Zoning Bylaw would update definitions and regulations regarding coach houses and secondary suites in single-family zones, including allowing larger secondary suites, a secondary suite and coach house on the same lot, and coach house roof heights to enable two storey coach houses on eligible lots.
A public hearing is your opportunity to speak to Council if you feel your interests will be affected by a proposed bylaw.
